 What's New at Preservation Hall: Spring/Summer 2010

After a winter that brought more snow & cold than we’ve had in years, the arrival of spring was sure welcome. Dogwoods are now blooming & the rhododendrons & azaleas will soon too. The Mountains in the area will be beautiful this year.

We have added to our selection of gallery items, especially the great hand made wood toys by Buzz Henline. We are getting ready for the Weaverville Art Safari, the last weekend in April; this tour brings people from all over the southeast to our great little town of Weaverville.

More great character doors have found their way into our inventory, many with stained glass. These are true art pieces that add to your new construction or renovation.

One of Asheville’s most popular restaurants, Tupelo Honey Café, recently opened an additional location. Months before the grand opening, their designer selected many of our architectural items to add interesting accents to the new space. It really is fun to participate with designers, along with business & home owners as they pursue their new adventures.

Whether you are building, restoring or just looking for some character architectural items, please give us a call to see if we can help you with your project. Also, check out the shop for our wonderful art.

Remember to check out www.myweaverville.com - it’s a great site that keeps you current on our local events.

We hope that you have a great spring & summer - come visit us when you can.
